How It Works

Initial Consultation
In our first session we will meet to determine your specific needs and desires, assess the situation, and develop a plan of action. This usually will last one hour, depending upon the size of the project(s). After our initial session, I will provide you with an estimate and a custom needs analysis. Depending on the project you will be quoted on an hourly, daily or project basis. Smaller projects tend to be quoted on an hourly basis while larger projects are quoted on a daily or project basis.

Once the plan has been agreed upon, the project will be scheduled. Typically, we will begin by sorting your areas in which we reduce the clutter to items that have purpose or personal value. After we have sorted, we will find a “home” for the items left. We will come up with solutions that work for you. During the process, I will teach you the habits to maintain the systems we set up.  Our session lengths will usually be 3-4 hours, depending on your stamina. Sessions lasting longer than this can be overwhelming and may result in poor decision making.

Follow Up
Your ability to maintain the organizational processes we have created together an important success factor. You may slip back into some of your old habits, which is natural. I will help you get back on track and encourage you to not give up. I offer one follow up visit for the project at no additional charge. This follow up can be scheduled up to 90 days after the project is completed.

Routine Maintenance
By getting and staying organized, you will have reduced stress and more time for activities you enjoy. For some, you will be able to maintain what you have learned on your own. Others may need additional emotional support and/or a routine maintenance schedule that we will establish so you will continue to enjoy your organized environment.
